This webinar is limited to 100 registrants so reserve your spot quickly! Join the AFEA as we welcome representatives from the Arkansas Department of Health, Arkansas State Fairgrounds, Downtown Little Rock Partnership, Conway Area Chamber of Commerce, Little Rock Farmer’s Market, Visit Hot Springs, & Spaceberry Music Festival as we discuss hosting, cancelling, and adapting events during COVID-19. Organizers will discuss pros & cons on the other side of executing an event in recent months as well as considerations and best practices for cancelling and adapting to virtual or amended versions of an event. We will also be going over in detail the process for submitting a plan for approval to the Arkansas Department of Health for events of over 100 people. There will be opportunity for Q&A.  This webinar is free for current AFEA members, $15 for non-members and all registrations must be reserved through the ticket link above.
