The winners of the 2008 ALFie Awards, sponsored by the Arkansas Festivals & Events Association, were announced at the Association’s 25^th Annual Conference held at the Holiday Inn City Center in Fort Smith on January 24 – 26. The ALFie Awards, “Arkansans Love Festivals,” honor the best and brightest of Arkansas’s festivals and special events.
