AFEA, in partnership with RiverFest, offers two opportunities for festival and event planners to learn from Arkansas's premiere arts and music festival. Attend RiverFest's War Room on April 17th, and sit in with the 150-member RiverFest Committee to see how planning is done. On May 29th, go behind the scenes at the festival to shadow leaders of various committees, including beverage, entertainment, arts & crafts, logistics, and more.

Only five spots are open for War Room participation, so register by April 14th to be considered. Deadline to register for Behind the Scenes is May 3rd.
