BCEDC Board Briefed On Tomato Festival Impact

 

During the monthly meeting of the Bradley County Economic Development Commission, Bradley County Chamber of Commerce President briefed the members on the economic impact of the annual Pink Tomato Festival.  The board also reviewed the organizations financial statement and discussed repair needs to the BCEDC office. David King informed the members that tourism is big business in Arkansas and festivals like the Pink Tomato Festival are major contributors to tourism.
